- was very prompt in his installation service, did a neat work of dismantling the current manual lock setup and installing the new D1 Pro device. Very happy with the service and the device. Its Day 1 so need to wait for the performance as we use it regularly.
Product is good in the first glance. More than that I loved the service, technician was too good friendly and he definitely knows what he is doing. Earlier lock was big but he managed tactfully to adjust and close the hole without any gaps. Venkat’s chary from Uma enterprises is the technician and I definitely recommend him
Very easy to install. The actual installation and app set up was simple. The product is sturdy and very smart looking. I tested all the ways to lock and unlock and everything is working great. So far so good!
